Ted's or Mark Pearson's Icon Exhibit Photos Commentary on Each of the New Icons St Paul's 25th Anniversary Icon Project was brought to completion August 22 when the newly installed icons were blessed by His Grace, Bishop Melchizedek of Pittsburgh. In order to share this celebration with our friends and neighbors in Dayton, members of the parish organized an exhibit of 40 historical icons from Russia, Greece, Ukraine, Ethiopia and the US. This exhibit, also held in the church August 20-22, attracted 400-500 visitors, who viewed the new iconography, the smaller icons from different periods and places, and a display of Ukrainian Easter eggs. Members of the parish were available all three days to give tours, serve refreshments, and answer visitors' questions. Many thanks to all who attended the exhibition and to all who worked so hard to make it happen. St Paul's 25th Anniversary Icon Project was brought to completion August 22 when the newly installed icons were blessed by His Grace, Bishop Melchizedek of Pittsburgh.
