Guidelines for Choir at St. Paul’s

 

St. Paul’s community has a group of dedicated singers to comprise a parish choir. 

 

The adult choir is led by Matushka Miho Ealy. Assistant directors are Ms. Martha Sedmera and Reader John Brian Garber.

 

Expectations for Adult Choir Member

• Orthodox Christian

• Commitment for rehearsals and liturgical functions 

• Communication with the choir director assigned for each service

• Must be able to conduct oneself according to the expectations set by the director

 

The children’s choir is led by Ms. Amedee Royer with assistants, Ms. Erin Ferdelman and Ms. Carla Briggs. 

 

Expectations for Children’s Choir Member

• Orthodox Christian

• Above 6 years old

• Must be able to read texts 

• Consent and support from the parents/guardians

• Commitment for rehearsals and liturgical functions

• Communication with the children’s choir director as needed
